TRADING BLOG EP. 42 - NEVER MARRY A TRADE IDEA
Today was my first trading day of the week. Yesterday was an AMAZING day to be trading… but i fell asleep at my desk & missed out on everything… that’s a story for another time. Anyways, I ended up taking 1 winning trade today after taking a loss.
I tried to short on the S&P 500, but after realizing my mistake, I went ahead & got long. This put me on the correct side of the market & made up for my losing trade. This just goes to show that you can’t marry a trade idea & believe it HAS to work. There are going to be times things don’t go as planned, and you need to be ready for it.
