In this video I detail reasons why I took this loss, as there was an error in my setup. It was an avoidable error on my part; had I noticed my mistake before I entered the trade, I would have stayed out of the trade and not taken a loss all together. A small price to pay for a lesson learned.

Not every journal will be a winning post, but there will definitely still be knowledge to learn from the losers, maybe even more so than the winning ones.
